I want every Veteran to know how immensely grateful that I am for the professional guidance and assistance that I received from Montana Crow and Tuesday Metcalf-Hofts and the staff at Berry Law. My “journey” with the Veterans Affairs claim process began in 2007 when I filed a claim with a different... organization who were unsuccessful in obtaining the best results for me. They left me with the impression that my case was beyond their abilities. I sought the assistance of another organization and had the same results. I had all but given up when, by chance, a friend told me about his experience with the Barry Law Firm. Almost immediately after speaking with Montana she filed for (and achieved) a remand order by arguing on my behalf that the VA made mistakes by failing to ensure that my VA examination was adequate. This was my first glimmer of hope and the first time in years that I honestly felt that someone really wanted to help. She made me feel as if we were “in it together”.
