Attorney Montana Crow

Montana and her firm Berry Law got my 90% disability and TDIU from the Veterans Administration after constant refusal by the VA

Very satisfied

Montana has been very helpful and patient with me though this process with the VA. We have set and met our goals to date. I'm very satisfied with the results we've gotten.

Above and Beyond Expectations!

I want every Veteran to know how immensely grateful that I am for the professional guidance and assistance that I received from Montana Crow and Tuesday Metcalf-Hofts and the staff at Berry Law. My “journey” with the Veterans Affairs claim process began in 2007 when I filed a claim with a different... organization who were unsuccessful in obtaining the best results for me. They left me with the impression that my case was beyond their abilities. I sought the assistance of another organization and had the same results. I had all but given up when, by chance, a friend told me about his experience with the Barry Law Firm. Almost immediately after speaking with Montana she filed for (and achieved) a remand order by arguing on my behalf that the VA made mistakes by failing to ensure that my VA examination was adequate. This was my first glimmer of hope and the first time in years that I honestly felt that someone really wanted to help. She made me feel as if we were “in it together”. There were many times before speaking with Montana that I felt like giving up. The direction, confidence and encouragement provided by Montana and Tuesday really enabled me to stay confident with my (our) case. It was so mentally comforting and reassuring that every email and phone call was answered timely and professionally. I know better but, never did I feel as if I were not the only client that they were fighting for. Montana and Tuesday ensured that I was consistently updated on every stage of any action regarding my case. The lines of communication were always open and extremely timely. The dedication and personnel attention provided by Montana and Tuesday were invaluable in the positive outcome of my case. The favorable decision of my claim has already provided a calm in my mind and for my family that we haven’t had in years. I never felt that that I was alone in this case while working with the Berry Law Firm. I will always remain grateful to Montana and Tuesday for the assistance that they provided to me and to my family.

Great group of people

Montana and crew were great to work with. They follow up quickly when questions are sent to them. The appeals process is never fun but finally I felt like I had someone to help me through it. I would definitely recommend Montana and Berry Law firm to other vets stuck in the VA system of denial.

Exceptional

My experience with Montana Crow representing me on my VA Claim has been nothing but Exceptional. Ever since she started representing me, about 2+ years now, it has been nothing but phenomenal. I never expected or even thought I deserved anything, but Montana Crow believed in me and was tenacious, d...eliberate, dedicated, to pursuing what only could be the best results for me. I am humbled by the efforts Montana Crow has put into this process, and the results obtained. I thank her from the depths of my heart.

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
