Mr. Slowiaczek is an experienced trial lawyer who has devoted most of his career to family law. He is recognized as one of the leading family law lawyers in the country. He is the President of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. The AAML is a national organization of lawyers who promote professionalism and excellence in the practice of family law. Mr. Slowiaczek is a Fellow in the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, the AAML and the Nebraska State Bar Foundation. He is also a Diplomate of the American College of Family Trial Lawyers. He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America for over 15 years and was designated as the Omaha Family Law Lawyer of the Year in 2009 and 2016. Mr. Slowiaczek is listed in the Great Plains Superlawyers.
With over 40 years of family law experience, Mr. Slowiaczek brings a significant depth and breadth of expertise to the firm’s clients.
Mr. Slowiaczek graduated from Briar Cliff College, Sioux City, Iowa, in 1971 and received his Juris Doctor degree from Creighton University School of Law in 1973.
