Chinazo Christopher Odigbo

Chris represented me for a divorce and custody case. I have never had someone so personable, care so deeply, & work so hard ever before. Chris was always honest with me, pushed me when I needed it, checked in on me, and worked endlessly at ALL hours. He befriended my children and took my case on and ...fought for me as if we had been friends for years. He always had my best interest, and made sure I always knew all of my options before I made a decision. When my process began it was clear that my case would be very time consuming for him but he did not turn me away. I didn’t know what to expect and was in a very difficult predicament to say the least. I would not have made it as far as I have or became the person I am without his guidance. He was exceptional in the court room, always prepared and timely. Out of all of the fears I had, I was not afraid or worried of my legal predicament whatsoever as I knew he had my back and would follow through and deliver- every time. He is extremely intelligent, respectful, very kind, I consider a shark in the courtroom, will not let anyone walk over his clients or accept anything less than what they are asking or deserving. Chris takes care of his clients and takes in their burdens as his own. At the end of everything, I consider Chris a dear friend and would absolutely look no further should I need an attorney again. I would 100% recommend him to everyone I know.

This lawyer hasn’t stood up for me. In December, I had everything done or almost done that cps asked me to do. Only a nemesis called and pretended to be me and threatened my caseworker. So instead of focusing on what I did and didn’t have done, they focused on this caseworker. Even when I showed that... my phone records indicated I was innocent, the judge and no lawyer stood up for me. Rather stopped my visitation. The caseworker even lied about things that happened at my visit. They never asked the visitation workers. Only based it off of a caseworker. The state and everyone involved has done me and my children wrong. I’ve had to take my kid a toothbrush because a foster parent wouldn’t provide one. One of my sons went six months without glasses even after I requested multiple times to have him seen by his regular eye dr. And not once has this lawyer stood up for me. He legit rebuttaled one time and we got a hearing only he didn’t stand up for me once at that hearing. The kids guardian ad litem did stand up and say we needed visits but the judge who is anti send kids home still refused visits. And my lawyer did nothing. Not sure what his job is. He then got me a guardian ad litem when I have no mental issues. The lawyer made me late for a hearing because his door was locked then used that as a reason to be given a guardian ad litem. Everyone is doing me and my kids dirty and no one is doing what’s right. I’ve been told I have a major lawsuit but no one cares. Or does anything different.
