You have credit for the jail time, but not treatment. Not a good idea to drop out, but it may be better then more time in program.

My I 485 was approved bt have not recieved letter or notice of action how long does this take? It has been 4 weeks ?

It does sound like gender discrimination. Get a lawyer and fight for your rights.

Get a lawyer in Nebraska to help with the warrant. We do this for a normal fee. Trouble is you have to appear. It may also stop you at the border.

My husband signed a lease before we married, now I have to be added but they want to charge $140 , can they do that?

Get a lawyer and fight the matter. Don't talk to the police/law enforcement without a lawyer.

My LL posted a 3 day notice but backdated it 3 days, is this legal? I haven't paid rent due to repairs that he hasn't made.

It would be wrong to back date the three day notice. Get a new place and don't pay the rent.
