I hired Shane for a high conflict custody case. I put all my faith and trust into Shane and the final outcome was in my favor! After a lengthy year long battle I ended up with full custody, care, and control of my daughter and I couldn't be more thankful! He is upfront, and tells you how it is and I liked that. I would most definitely hire him and I have recommended him to anyone I know asking for a good attorney.
Shane is a native of Fremont, Nebraska and graduated from Fremont Senior High school. He attended Gustavus Adolphus College (B.A. 2000) in St. Peter, Minnesota and graduated magna cum laude with membership to Phi Beta Kappa national honor society. Shane obtained his juris doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School (J.D. 2003) in Minneapolis, Minnesota. While at Minnesota, he was a member of the Maynard Pirsig moot court team competing in regional competition and winning “best brief”. Shane returned to Fremont in 2003 and joined SidnerLaw, becoming a partner in 2009.
