May I put a restraining order Jacob T Gayer On March 9th 2024@ 11:30 am sheriff Jacob T Gayer pulled me over on private property in East Crestview Dr. towns Riverview in in garden City Kansas 67846 Jacob had backup his name is Hudson took tap off my window and wanted to search my vehicle without a d...ogs proper procedure needed, with a State trooper that would not provide any medical attention due to my asthma the fact of my fractured neck that I've had from an accident back in 2023 of June 10th 12:30am.So They denied my medical treatment on March 9th 2024 when I was the victim with fresh pullet holes in my truck they denied me for anything cuz I wouldn't say Wat happened the call was for multiple gun shots fired and my truck gets towed lap tex at sheriff's department stated no one was coming forward about who's name broth my truck in to there impounded and damage brakes and my customer pro charger noticeable flat head markings like it was dune will being on.Also when getting vehicle with tex lady at sheriff's impound another sheriff tat was with lab tex states next time they will make it harder next time they got a hold of seen my vehicle. 07-13-2024 at 5:30 pm, on 3786 West johns av. in Garden City KS 67846 my vehicle was being test drove just down the street from trailer park officer Jacob T, Gayer was going east seen my truck going west so sheriff Gayer turned around and emidietly turned on lights for no citation on just began his bias acts was told they impounded the vehicle for tags with no written consent from home owner or land lord no markings of warnings to move vehicle and was later on served with a warrant before trial the sheriff doesn't notify me about warrant wen first being seen until I was in the court room he smiles and serves me with the paper that had no signature issued on July 23 2024 at 3:30 pm case # 24-675.have video of Gayer after first impounded
