Mr. Carpenter and Mrs. Moeller defended me during a administrative separation board here in Europe. They called several character witnesses, and drafted documents, to fight for me, that included an expert witness report. Although the board found against us, the case is currently on appeal to HRC. Mr. Carpenter was extremely helpful. He promptly took over all communication with the military JAG and provided excellent advice on the situation and how to proceed. He put together an extensive rebuttal to a 15-6 investigation that was thorough and definitely more aggressive than anything a milita...ry JAG would have done. He kept me informed during the whole process. The end result was essentially a local counseling statement and nothing more. I greatly appreciate his work and expertise.
