Success with Naval Board of Corrections.

Stephen worked tirelessly for 4.5 years on my case! He was able to overturn my General under Honorable and got my correct retirement pay grade fixed! He is truly a game changer, always professional and willing to listen. He has saved my families livelihood and I am forever grateful!!!

This Attorney Cares!

After tirelessly searching through the web for a Lawyer, I found Mr. Carpenter. I was facing serious felony charges, career in the Military and the end of everything I worked for. I can honestly say this was the worst time of my life. I was in my lowest time of my life, if there is lower than that do...n't want to know it. Mr. Carpenter asked me to e-mail him the OSI report. In the very short period I spoke to him he already read the over sixty pages of report . In the following couple days he was already very familiar with my case and he clearly articulated what was happening, the strength/weakness of my case, what could happen, and what he he was going to do. Mr. Carpenter is an outstanding attorney, a knowledgeable military expert, form of support and guidance and trusted confidant. I went through two years very stressful time of my life and every time I called Mr. Carpenter was there to listen. I don't even know if this man ever sleeps. I can honestly say that before Mr. Carpenter, I had no trust in attorneys. After talking to Mr. Carpenter, I know there are amazing attorneys that fight for their clients and also care. Life is great, I'm free man now and have the option to stay in or get out when my time is over. Hire him if you’re being accused of something that you did not do.

OTH Separation

I contacted Stephen when my command presented me with an article 15 and OTH separation. As anyone who has had to contest their command would say, sometimes it could feel hopeless when they hold all of the cards. Thankfully, Stephen will not only give you hope that you can win, but can make it happen.... My command pinned me with OTH separation, and not only did Stephen negate that, I left there with a sense of relief and victory knowing that we won. Even with Covid going on Stephen was always prompt and available when I needed him, and if I'm ever in a tight spot again he will be my first call. Look no further, this is your guy.

Retained!

Retained by a BOI – Stephen Carpenter is an amazing UCMJ attorney! Mr. Carpenter is the most competent, diligent, responsive, and ethical lawyer that I’ve ever hired. He is a very personable attorney, who understands the tough circumstances Service Members face when dealing with an unjust military le...gal system, and will fight relentlessly to achieve positive results for his clients. Mr. Carpenter disproved numerous false allegations against me by proving the government’s evidence did not substantiate their claims. His sound arguments and effective display of evidence, or the lack there of, clearly demonstrated that his experience level is far superior to any government attorney. If you want a fighting chance to continue to serve, then you need to hire Stephen Carpenter.

120 Case Dropped

Stephen did an outstanding job as counsel when I, an FGO, was facing a 120 charge and was under investigation. Unfortunately, in today's political climate, any 120 accusation will most likely go to a CM, even if there is no probable cause, which happened in my scenario. You are guilty until proven ...innocent in the military unless you are headed for the courtroom. Justice is still served in the court room. Stephen and my military appointed defense counsel (which also did a phenomenal job) applied maximum pressure, and about 2 months out from the CM, the complaining witness issued a non-participation letter due to inconsistencies in her stories, the interviewing of named witnesses by the complaining witness, and contradictions in medical records and what was reported. The case was dropped, but Stephen offered to stay on board pro-bono should a Board of Inquiry occur, which ended up not happening. I am thankful for Stephen's outstanding support, and his vast experience. His expertise and experience allowed my team to forecast potential directions, paths, and also bring on experts that would have crushed the complaining witness and the government's case. Leaders are more concerned about their self-preservation and the next rank, rather than standing up and doing what's right, even if that means facing criticism. Stephen stands up for you when a situation like this occurs.
