Ramstein AB Full Aquittal
I was falsely accused of 6 charges and ultimately my case was preferred to a GCM by the USAF. After researching, I came across Mr. Stephen Carpenter and had the pleasure of meeting him the same week…I knew he was the one for the job so I retained him. Mrs Carpenter is a TRAILBLAZER! From the moment...
Your 120 GCM was one the most gratifying of my career. In such a complicated case, I was especially professionally gratified that the panel only took 50-minutes to return the "Not Guilty" verdict. I also enjoyed meeting your extraordinarily supportive family.

ABCMR Representation
I hired Stephen Carpenter to draft and submit an appeal to the Army Board for Correction of Military Records (ABCMR). The appeal was for a substantiated DAIG/DODIG Whistleblower Reprisal that I filed against my former XO in the Washington Army National Guard. I asked the ABCMR for immediate promotion...

Took the Time
A 19-year officer, I found myself the subject of an investigation into alleged misconduct and was relieved of command, facing career-ending accusations. Stephen negotiated a settlement which saved my career and my retirement. Although an area outside his area of normal military practice, it was obv...

I would recommend Mr. Carpenter to anybody ...

Untrustworthy
I’m set up with Mr Carpenter and attempted to review documents and information for months. I received a message to chill out we can get to it later. He didn’t start reviewing my case until 2days prior to the board. He was unprepared and jet lagged the entire time. He identified that this was all unju...
To correct the record, the reviewer claims "nothing happened until 2 days" before his separation board. This is inaccurate because we had, many weeks before, made contact with multiple defense witnesses. In the end, we called seven (7) witnesses to testify at the board, which included an U.S. Army (ret.) Brigadier General, a MAJ, a CPT, a 1SG, a SGT, and two PFCs. It was candidly phenomenal that we got so many, as the reviewer was on video committing indecent exposure with a female soldier. Afterward, and contrary to his "they done nothing" claim, the firm did next appeal to HRC, based on due process grounds. As a direct result, HRC "suspended" the reviewer's separation for 1-year, so he was permitted to continue to work. I acknowledge that the reviewer wanted the board to retain him, and we worked hard to accomplish this goal, unfortunately the damning video was just too much to overcome.
