Pretty upsetting

My family paid this lawyer so much for him to fight a case. Had us fooled that he was going to fight for this case as much as he could. We will never know if he did or not. He told us he was moving to KC area after the court date and that we would still be able to get a hold of him if we needed any...thing, numbers and emails would not change. I asked him if my parents would get back a big portion of the money they had paid him since we didn’t go to trial, he said no. You would think if he still had a big chunk of that money, he would stay in contact with us when needed, or even if he planned on retiring this month or June, he could’ve let us know that was in his plan. Finding out on our own that he was planning on retiring, without letting us know, it was pretty upsetting and do not recommend him. Not like he was going to keep working anyways but that’s my review on him.

Criminal Court

Paul Oller does not deserve an 8.0 but a full TEN. I contacted Paul Oller when my bondsman gave me his card. I was involved in felonious activity including possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and robbery. I spent just 1 week in jail and upon my being bonded out I called Paul Oll...er. I had never been in trouble with the law before and was very scared. I also had no funds to pay for such an attorney and so was even more scared. Upon calling Paul Oller I explained that I was up for robbery and 2 possession charges. I could not afford the retainer and told him such and he worked with me in regards to my being able to pay him in payments. During the entire case from the day I first called him to the last day, though he was very calming, was very up front and honest as to what my charges could get me in serving time and all other repercussions. When I dealt with Paul I also dealt with His legal team, his office was ALWAYS prompt and on top of everything. What I noticed about Paul Oller is that he is a vetted attorney, he knows his stuff, He is elite, professional yet personal and I cannot say enough KNOWS the LAW! During my case Paul was (from his knowledge base alone) able to deal with my charges. At the end of my case of which I got only possession of marijuana and theft I served 3 months probation and court fines. My co- defendant (the one I committed the crimes with) fired his attorney and hired Paul to take his case on VERY short notice (hours) and he got off with only 28 months probation and court costs (as he was already a 7 time felon). I am not saying that if you go to Paul you will get off easy every case is different and Paul definitely recognizes that, BUT you will get a very educated man with a passion for the law and not just a passion for it, but that it be upheld. To top all of this off, I live in another state across the country and my crimes took place in Hays, Kansas, at the end of everything I got to meet Paul and I was very impressed. He was polite, down to earth, for the people, professional yet approachable and again KNOWS the LAW! I recommend Paul and will in fact be using Paul to have my record expunged in 3 years. If you have any doubts, test me and call Paul!
