Can't even get evidence before trial!!!! Money hungry.

Discusting p.o.s who takes your money and charges you over and over again to do nothing. Literally kept charging me to meet with a.d.a when she still didn't have the evidence ready. It took over 6 months to get some of the evidence collected, tested and sent back. For those 6 months he charged me... but Literally did nothing for me. I told nick I would not agree to anything until all evidence was turned over. The first time I was able to view the evidence was during the trial at court. Not before!!!! Every defendant has the right to review all evidence against them prior to a trial, so a proper decision and defense can be prepared. This was a violation of my constitutional rights. I will be reporting nick Osawld to the bar. He acts like a spoiled child who has no manners and his court side etiquette is lacking. Nick yelled at me a In the courthouse in front of the a.d.a and prosecuting witnesses. Nick literally yelled so loud the prosecution called him in the court room to settle him down. Nick literally made their case out so all of them could hear how unprofessional and against the rules is that?? He should not be able to be a lawyer... This man is a bad person took all my money wasted my time to do absolutely nothing for me. Nick could not even defend my rights to a fair trial. Stay far far away. He claims to be a loving Christian family man, but the only thing he loves is $$$$$... Maybe he needs another porche or Escalede to drive. Liar, thief, and works better with the other side then his own client. Hey Nick Oswald i still don't have my evidence, hello!!! Also NICK I AM Requesting ALLL MY MONEY BACK.... Time to send my emails to the bar. Nick makes promises he can't keep like handling both the civil and criminal case. I told Nick if you can't take one then don't take either he agreed from the start to take both. A man is only as good as his word and Nick's words means absolutely nothing. The worst lawyer I have ever delt with in my life. Nick also discussed my case with others that I never once gave him permission to do so and that is against attorney client privileges........ Be a good person and send me all my money back!!! You did nothing for me! Changed his hourly rate and increased it by 25% during my time as his client. Open contract that he changed and did not sign. Any attorney could do better. Do not waste your time with him. You have been warned.

He didn’t help me at all

I hired nick to help me fight some tickets and to get my car registration unsuspended and come to find out that after I paid him $500 that he’s no longer my council when I wouldn’t pay him $500 more bucks cuz he only postponed 2 court dates when I just need a release liability from a judge. I found ...out he was no longer representing me when a warrant was put out for my arrest after I missed a court date I didn’t know about. I do not recommend his office for traffic violations at all!

Phenomenally persistent and does the necessary work to win justice for you

It has been a year or 2 now but I was looking at my 3rd DUI which is a felony. My stubbornness got me into the mess because i felt the assisting police officer did not follow protocol by requiring a breathalyzer even though I completely passed the field sobriety test. It was an idiotic move to not ta...ke it because I had only a half glass of a mixed drink 4.5 hours prior to the initial stop. Either way it goes, my decision costed me tremendously but if it were not for Nick’s persistent demanding of all evidence and his absolute desire to have justice served regardless of my initial response of action, I would still be dealing with the consequences. Because of Nick’s knowledge of actual written policies and protocol of what the officers clearly undermine on a regular basis (my personal opinion/experience that Nick was truly compassionate and understanding of), he not only got me the justice I deserved regarding this case, but basically forced the prosecuting attorney to toss the case completely. Also, because he was aware of the 2 sided existence of the ways to lose your license in this case, he immediately responded to my initial call regarding my case and requesting representation, to advise me of what action to take immediately so that I did not lose my license while I was fighting the charge! He was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns and I never even had a trial. Because, like I said, the case practically got dismissed as soon as the proper evidence was not provided and Nick did not accept anything but what was absolute justice! I will definitely request his representation from now on and always refer anyone to him! He’s really good and knows the law and will always find YOUR justice and demand it be served! I honestly cannot believe there are not more people who have reviewed him because I’ve heard other amazing stories of winning cases with different types of cases. Nick, YOU ROCK! And thank you very much!
