Charles Craig Lindberg

Charles just represented me in a case where I was accused of some very ridiculous things. Seeing him in action is like a movie. He blows every other attorney out of the water. He’s a big dude and he dresses like he is prestigious. He demands respect and is very intimidating yet brilliant and that’s e...xactly what you need in an attorney. Needless to say my case was dismissed. Hire Charles if you need representation on anything.

Reading the two negative reviews on here is insane. I work in the court system and see Charles in action on so many occasions. He is professional, he is intelligent, he is quick minded, he can articulate and recite case law like it is forever stored in his mind. I hear so many times, "Please appoint ...Charles Lindberg to my case." or " I would like to hold off on being appointed someone because I want to hire Charles Lindberg." He is the best attorney in the county at responding to emails, at communicating with his clients, about being realistic with them, honest and direct, and does not make false promises. I have seen hundreds of attorneys go through the courtrooms and if I ever needed an attorney, Charles would be my first call without hesitation.

Charles lindberg does not fight for the client or challenge the issues the current system has but rather accepts it as is and too bad for you. For instance charles lindberg acknowledged Monique the animal service manager for salina animal services is " petty and will send her officer to stay outside ...your house waiting for the dog to get out. Meanwhile another animal is out and nothing is done about it. " however he does nothing to fix this issue. Further I specifically asked if jail time was part of my ticket and he said no. I was under the understanding I was going to the arraignment on my court date and charles would speak with the city posecutor on my behalf at the time. I arrived and charles was not there. I was not sure he was going to show up. He was more than 30 minutes late for my court date. Turned out he had met with the city prosecutor outside of my court date and had already negotiated terms. Charles stated " this is how the city makes money. Judge Stoss will find something to charge you with no matter what" he did not fight for me, he did not push or challenge anything. He basically acknowledged this was just to make the city money and did not matter if I was at fault. I was in another state on the dates of these tickets, so I was not even in the state let alone the town and I was held responsible for something that happened because Charles just accepts the status quo and is part of the systemic problem. I do not recommend this lawyer. He will not inform you and he will just take your case and do a side deal with the city prosecutor without telling you and them catch you off guard on your court date .

Charles and Amber are both outstanding. They treat you like a person, not a paycheck and are just really awesome at what you do. Charles represents me in a CINC case that was open as a result of faulty work on the county attorneys end and he’s not afraid to speak up when something isn’t adding up. ...I recommend Charles to anyone. I don’t trust people easily and he and Amber both are the kind that can actually restore someone’s hope in humanity given how messed up this world is. Especially in courtrooms given what I went through.
