Charles Lindberg is the most professional, punctual, and courteous lawyer I've had the pleasure of working with. Mr. Lindberg has handled 3 of my cases and since he became familiar with me and my situation he told me to ask for him. Currently I am now almost 4 years sober and I am enrolled in the AOD...S program at San Diego City College with a 3.8 GaPA. (Have 1 C amongst As because of court) If it wasn't for the help of people like him and his office i would not be where I am today. I just watched Charles in a murder preliminary hearing this morning and impressed is an understatement. He is a born litigator and just carries himself with confidence, which makes all difference in the world. He is by far the best that I have seen in a long time. Charles just represented me in a case where I was accused of some very ridiculous things. Seeing him in action is like a movie. He blows every other attorney out of the water. He’s a big dude and he dresses like he is prestigious. He demands respect and is very intimidating yet brilliant and that’s e...xactly what you need in an attorney. Reading the two negative reviews on here is insane. I work in the court system and see Charles in action on so many occasions. He is professional, he is intelligent, he is quick minded, he can articulate and recite case law like it is forever stored in his mind. I hear so many times, "Please appoint ...Charles Lindberg to my case." or " I would like to hold off on being appointed someone because I want to hire Charles Lindberg." He is the best attorney in the county at responding to emails, at communicating with his clients, about being realistic with them, honest and direct, and does not make false promises. I have seen hundreds of attorneys go through the courtrooms and if I ever needed an attorney, Charles would be my first call without hesitation.

I have hired Charles on several different matters. The ONE negative review on here is ridiculous. There was a significant backstory to all of the allegations, and I took the time to look into it. There was never a charge of anyone embezzeling money, yet clearly appears to be a politically motivated ...incident after Charles had annouces his bid for county attorney. I called multiple sources including law enforcement to do my research, which confirmed that Charles and his family were targeted. Charles is a bulldog in the courtroom. He is the kind of attorney that you see on TV. For anyone looking for a criminal defense attorney, I would highly recommend him. He has an enormous presence in the courtroom, takes the time to explain everything step by step to his clients, and always comes through.
