I no longer live in Kansas and getting a lawyer to return your inquires / phone calls was difficult. Once I came across Justia and sent a message to Melinda not only did she promptly reply she supplied the needed information, asked me to provide information and set up a consult for the following w...eek. Once we met I knew what to expect and that the timeline could vary depending on Saline County Courts... And did it vary. We expected at the most 3 months and best 1 month. All in all it took 8 months with none of it being her fault. I have no doubt it would of been significantly longer if she did not stay on top of the documents and making contacts to the courts. I can not express enough how much I appreciated her tenacity and ensuring that she got my records expunged. It was challenging for her to say the least due to the amount of time that had passed, paper and digital records and combating incorrect interpretations of the documents. If you need someone by your side and are willing to be fully honest with her she will move mountains to assist you. 10 out of 10 stars for her!
