Biography
David D. (Dusty) Moshier practices law in a variety of areas including contracts, real estate, commercial law and litigation, employment law, domestic relations, and domestic and civil mediation. Dusty is a certified domestic and civil mediator and former President of the ADR Section of the Kansas Bar Association.
Dusty was born and raised on in Manhattan, Kansas, where he attended Kansas State University and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1974. In December of 1976, he graduated from Washburn University of Topeka School of Law, and has been practicing at Hampton, Royce, Engleman & Nelson (now Hampton & Royce, L.C.) since his graduation.
Dusty has been active in the Salina, Kansas community throughout his career, and is currently a member of the Boards of Trustees of the Salina Art Center and the Greater Salina Community Foundation.
Dusty and his wife, Wendy, have two adult children: Sydney and Griffin.
