I litigate.

That means I go to Court and fight for my clients.

Litigation is a process meant to deliver one thing - Justice.

But a correct legal result is cold comfort when it doesn't really resolve a client's conflict. Justice must be Reliable. My goal is always finishing a case. A wise judge once told a litigant in one of my cases, "We have hundreds of cases. This is the only case for you." I love a good fight, but I never forget that your fight is the most important one for you.

Finally, justice shouldn't be cost-prohibitive. Legal counsel should be Affordable. Otherwise, George Orwell's nightmare comes true, and "some animals are more equal than others." Not in my shop. My comprehensive, affordable practice best serves clients who want practical and cost-efficient results.

After a diverse career in public service, I entered private practice in 2014. In 2018, I opened my own litigation practice to provide clients affordable, high-quality legal services through a leaner office structure built on e-tools and mobile technologies we all use every day. Clients should reap the cost-savings these technologies create.

I don't take every case that walks through the door. My clients will tell you that I argue with them as hard as I argue for them. It makes us better partners in the process.

I know how it feels to entrust your future to someone, and then hope they're up to the job. That trust is the great privilege of the practice of law.
