Diane Elizabeth Sherwood

I was initially assigned Diane for limited case management (LCM) through family court when I was a young mother. Her approach then helped two young parents understand that the alternative dispute process wasn't about "us" but about what was best about our child. The lessons and experience carried thr...ough and I subsequently hired Diane for later cases. Diane brings a calm, rational, but collaborative presence to any process. She's extremely knowledgeable and seeks to have a relationship with her clients beyond pushing another case through court. Diane was invested in positive outcomes for our case and was willing to wait it out at times, letting the other party cool off a little, in order to achieve the results that were in the best interest of all.

In 2009, after ten years together, my ex took our two children and disappeared. Diane not only helped me find my children she also helped find an attorney in California ,where my children were taken, and helped me get parental rights in California and Kansas both.
