Lane Robert Palmateer

Palmateer advises and represents clients in several areas of law, primarily including estate planning (wills and trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, supplemental/special needs trusts), probate and administration of estates, and Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy debtor practice. Palmateer also assists with the formation of limited liability companies and nonprofit corporations, including filing applications for 501(c)(3) exempt status, and has extensive oil and gas regulatory experience at the Kansas Corporation Commission. He brings a strong interest in finance and real estate, and strong family values that complement his understanding of clients' estate planning goals.
