Kaitlin Maude Dixon

I serve as an Of Counsel attorney for Ward Law LLC. My practice focuses on divorce, parenting time, and custody cases, as well as paternity cases. With over 10 years combined experience as a prosecutor in Sumner, Harvey, and Cowley Counties, I bring a background in Child in Need of Care (CINC) cases to Ward Law, where I represent parents, grandparents, and interested parties and appeals for both CINC cases and family law cases. I also prepare premarital, postmarital, and nonmarital agreements and appeals for clients of Ward Law.

Having worked extensively with law enforcement agencies and social service agencies, I understand the intricacies of CINC cases and am committed to helping clients make the best decisions in difficult situations. I am dedicated to vigorously representing clients in Court and for them to know that they have a skilled attorney who not only knows the law but who will fight for them at both the district court and appellate court levels.

I was born and raised in Wichita, KS, and decided to attend law school after taking a First Amendment class in college. I received my BA in English Language and Literature with a Communication Minor from Wichita State University in 2007. In 2010 I received my Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law.
