My firm represents clients in tax controversies before the Internal Revenue Service and in the federal courts. Representative clients include individuals and closely held businesses. I am admitted to practice in the U.S. Tax Court, U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas and Kansas state courts.
I am also a Certified Public Accountant and began my professional career with a regional accounting firm. I am an active member of the American Institute of CPAs, Kansas Society of CPAs and the Wichita Chapter of the KSCPAs. I am currently serving as Co-Champion of the KSCPA Tax Committee.
I am also a lecturer (adjunct faculty) at Wichita State University. I teach Account 630 Taxation of Business entities. This is a senior/graduate level course for accounting majors.
