Biography
I have been practicing bankruptcy law for my entire career. I have experience in every aspect of the bankruptcy system, representing debtors, creditors, trustees, individuals, businesses, other lawyers, and even the United States government. After seven years of practice, I decided to open my own law firm to pursue my passion--helping individuals and businesses in the bankruptcy courts. Owning and operating Prelle Eron & Bailey has now consumed over half of my career, and it continues to be a grand adventure.
While bankruptcy is the primary focus of our firm, we assist a wide range of clients in defending and prosecuting business disputes, foreclosures, and breach of contract actions. We also assist clients with their transactional needs, including incorporations, drafting operating agreements and bylaws, drafting and reviewing contracts and leases, preparing sales agreements, promissory notes, and security instruments, and arranging for the sale, division, or wind down of businesses.
Our firm provides highly personalized representation to all of our clients, from the poverty stricken individual to the multi-million dollar corporation. We are available after hours as needed. The individuals and companies who use our services are typically involved in very difficult circumstances. We meet those circumstances with the skill, service, and respect that our clients deserve. Don’t waste your money here
These lawyers are a joke! They would never stay in business in Las Vegas the way they are doing business. We paid this firm $2000 for a bankruptcy and they keep passing our case from paralegal to paralegal. We can never get ahold of a person to talk to because they all leave work early. They email us...

Worst ever!!!
Let's just say they like to take your money and waste your time. I did a better job finishing my own case then they ever did the whole I time I worked with them. Very unprofessional and rude!! Please for your own sake look around before you hire. I learned the hard way.

Straight to the point
David is great to work with, and makes the process quick and simple. I was able to get out of debt and back on my feet so quickly, and it really took a ton of stress of my shoulders.
