Don’t waste your money here

These lawyers are a joke! They would never stay in business in Las Vegas the way they are doing business. We paid this firm $2000 for a bankruptcy and they keep passing our case from paralegal to paralegal. We can never get ahold of a person to talk to because they all leave work early. They email us... asking for stuff they already have and if they would just work a little could find it. My friend in Vegas filed for $1500 and the law firm never contacted them again until the court date after everything was handed in. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

I believe we have resolved this issue with you, much of which was created by mutual misunderstanding. I appreciate you reaching out to let us know you were dissatisfied. Customer service is my highest priority, and I am disheartened to hear that we fell short. I look forward to continuing to work with you to make this right!

Tremendous Gratitude for the help!

I have tremendous gratitude for Dave and his colleagues who assisted me several years ago. The challenges I faced when I sought his firm’s services caused some of the greatest distress of my lifetime. Dave and and his crew were supportive and knowledgeable. They helped me navigate through a difficult... and emotional process. Through it all I gained acceptance and embraced my role in what led to my need for help, along with letting go of the things I could not change. We received a good outcome in a situation that had some nuances. This has allowed me to move forward in my career and improve my overall financial health. I recently purchased a newly remodeled home in a tight housing market, and I am saving for retirement. This is quite a change from where I was just a few years ago. Dave also recently helped me follow up on a minor situation that emerged. I believe relationships are key to good outcomes, and this relationship and experience is one I value. It has changed my outlook on life.

Thank you so much for letting us know about your experience with our firm. I appreciate your desire for anonymity, but I can tell from your comments who you are. It was truly a pleasure to be of assistance in your critical moments. Each case is very unique, and the outcomes are not always as positive as you might hope or expect. But building a relationship is what we try to do. And, of course, we are thrilled that the outcome was good in your case. If you ever need anything else, just let us know!

Worst ever!!!

Let's just say they like to take your money and waste your time. I did a better job finishing my own case then they ever did the whole I time I worked with them. Very unprofessional and rude!! Please for your own sake look around before you hire. I learned the hard way.

I am deeply sorry to hear of your trouble with our firm. Because I don't have your name or any details regarding your matter, I am unable to respond to your concerns with more specificity. However, I hope you will consider reaching out to me directly to discuss your issues. We take our client commitment very seriously. Again, my apologies for your unsatisfactory experience.

Excellent

There were several tricky issues in my case, but Mr Eron did the work it took to smooth everything out.

Straight to the point

David is great to work with, and makes the process quick and simple. I was able to get out of debt and back on my feet so quickly, and it really took a ton of stress of my shoulders. His prices are very reasonable and I would without a doubt hire him again if the need should arise in the future. ... I highly recommend David to anyone who is seeking a bankruptcy lawyer, or if you just need consultation.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this review, Jesse. It was our pleasure to help you through this process. I and all of my staff are invested in the concept of customer service. And while our team and the circumstances both have a significant role in the outcomes, a lot also depends on how much you put into this process. We really enjoyed working with you and appreciate your efforts in working with us. From all of us at Eron Law, we wish you much success in your future endeavors!

Relationship: Worked for lawyer

"I have worked for David for over a year, and during that time, I have had the opportunity to see David interact with many clients and other professionals in the area. As a supervising attorney and mentor, he is superb - he is a wonderful teacher and very approachable. For clients, his attitude is respect - his clients are not just a number or a case to push through, but people that he takes the time to get to know, using the opportunity to help with budgeting and/or reorganizing. My experience has been that David's colleagues respect him and his knowledge of bankruptcy and the law. He has presented at several continuing education classes, and is a dynamic and energetic speaker. Overall, I highly endorse this attorney!"

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
