Bradley D. Jantz

I spoke with Mr. David Jantz as a witness and so-called “victim” to a case in which he was representing the City of Halstead Kansas to prosecute a defendant in a DV case. I say so-called “victim” as I don’t feel I was even a victim in the situation (however, that is beside the point). During our phon...e conversation he advised that what I had to say, or thought, did not matter because the defendant would be found guilty. Why would I have even been subpoenaed if what I had to say did not matter? I honestly don’t even understand the purpose of the call if that was his mindset. Mr. Jantz is highly unprofessional and I am considering filling a grievance with the Kansas Bar Association for his violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct in addition with obtaining a subpoena for my own phone records proving my allegation. I would not recommend retaining representation from Mr. Jantz. I’m unsure if you are able to privately retain the services of Maria Schrock anymore as she is now an Attorney for the City of Wichita but she is great! Just do some research and I’m sure you could find much better representation.
