Public defended

She done a hell of a good job for me and I reckon I could've gone to prison but with her expertise and a more than fair district attorney I ended up with a diversion, thankyou you both very much! I've learned and I'm done!

My girl was incarcerated in another county , Amy was informed and she let my girl take a failure to appear when Amy should have

My girl was in bourbon county jail for a month, taken there by Cherokee county cop. From Cherokee county jail for failure to appear. I called amy Ross and let her know this so she could reschedule her court date after her release. The day she got released, my girlfriend called Amy Ross to ask about h...er court date Amy informed her it was Aug, 1st at one thirty. Then on July 31st in the morning , my girlfriend called Amy Ross again to make sure her court was Aug.1st at 1:30. And she confirmed once again, that her court was Aug 1st at 1:30. Around evening on July 31st, Cherokee county,came rolling in our driveway 4 cars deep with a warrant for my girlfriend for failure to appear. I call Amy Ross and she said I don't know why , and she will see if the judge will get her in tomorrow. With representation like that , who needs it.

Worst attorney ever

If she is court appointed do not expect her to work hard for you, does just the bare minimum, and never returns phone calls.

Excellent

I have had cases where Amy represented the opponent, both Court appointed and private hire. She is competent, communicates and does a very good job. I have and will refer people to her in the past and would not hesitate to use her personally should the need arise.

Excellent Lawyer

I was arrested for 4 felonies that I was innocent. I wasn't going to take a plea bargain and Amy fought until charges were dismissed. She returned phone calls promptly and was punctual to every meeting. I strongly recommend Amy!
