Having never encountered such injury before, Tom's representation was essential. He is very knowledgable and provided guidance throughout the months of recovery then settlement and continues to provide information to us when requested. Our questions were always answered in details we could unders...tand and he updated us with information he received from the carrier. We felt as if we were all a "team"...with Tom as the coach! Tom's assistant, Lynn, was valuable, also. She did not provide legal counsel, but answered questions within her realm. My injury could have been worse physically and would have been much worse without Tom's representation. I was unable to deal with financial issues for several months and my wife needed legal guidance from someone who knows the "in's and out's" of insurance and medicare issues. I was involved in a car accident in which I had many medical bills for. This was the first accident I had ever been in and I was overwhelmed with how to go about it. Tom Diehl was recommended to me by an acquaintance, as someone who had helped her tremendously when she was in an accident a few years before. I called and scheduled a consultation with him, and after meeting with him I felt completely relieved of my stress about all of it. He told me he would gather all the information and lay it all out for me before I officially "hired" him, so that I was assured it was worth it for me financially. I met with him the 2nd time and he had everything ready with 3 options for me to choose from and explained how each one would benefit me. I decided that it was 100% worth it and hired him on to represent me. He did everything he had promised. He did all the work of talking to the insurance companies so I didn't' have to really think about it much after that until it was all said and done. He made sure all of my medical bills were paid, and spoke with the practices that provided my care so that I didn't have to. He made sure to check with me in the end to make sure I was comfortable with the settlement amount. I didn't feel that the first couple offers were acceptable and he went to bat for me until we (the insurance company and I) reached an agreement to settle on. Great service from Tom and his staff. Very easy to get in touch with any time during normal business hours, and quick responses back via email. Hopefully I'll never be in another accident, but if I am I will absolutely be hiring him on again.
