Prosecutes without investigation or evidence

I will be appearing in court on a case that was falsely filed by a previous customer who is attempting to avoid paying a bill for service on 7/22/2020. Upon my arrival to the customer's home, at customer's request,(documented calls and texts requesting service), customer's air conditioner was running.... I put my gauges on the unit and immediately went to pull the disconnect because all refrigerant was absent. Pressures were 0 psi. The disconnect pull out was barely working and had been damaged by surges of power. I replaced the pull out with one of my own and performed a leak check. Check revealed a severe leak on the high side service valve where the valve core was damaged. I replaced it and found no sign of other leaks. A partially charged the unit with manufacturer recommended refrigerant and informed customer that poe oil was required for her air conditioner and until I get the oil the following morning the unit shouldn't run. Next morning was Saturday and parts house didn't open until 10am where I did in fact purchase poe oil and a few other items that would have been helpful. Documented proof that oil was intended to be added to a unit that had previously lost all freon due to severe leaks. Due to late opening of parts house customer became irate and upset acting like it's my fault they didn't open at 6:30am. She decided to find someone else to finish the job. Had she paid for the refrigerant and parts and labor already put into her unit that would be fine but customer paid nothing and refused to pay so I recovered what was mine and wasnt a hassle to get. Refrigerant was not resellable and so I left it. I only took my pull out from the disconnect. 6 months go by until I am wrongfully and illegally arrested. No evidence means no probable cause. Tech that followed is not a witness because he wasn't present while I was. Word of mouth is all he offers and that's not admissable in court. But from complaint to my arrest 6 months later I was never asked a single question about the incident or given the opportunity to share my side of the situation. I had to pay bail. My wife and I lost tens of thousands plus damages. Any further acts on this will result in federal indightments being pursued against every entity involved who can easily see that proper investigation has not been conducted. This serves as your warning Ms Davis. I don't want to do what I fear I am about to be forced to do.
