I had the exprience of hiring mr Carpenter and he settled my claim in approx. 1 year. I fought the the (VA) FOR 15 YEARS to get my 30 %. His office staff is always there when you have a questions. I was especially fond of glenda hurl and Catherine. They really saved me a lot of grief as I was su...ffering from ptsd I was evetually rated 100% schedular . A very difficult rate to obtain. I would recommed their staff and mr. Carpenter to any veteran who is having difficulties at the RO. THEY SAVED MY LIFE. God bless them and their staff Respectfully James J Bieler.

He accepted my husband's claim for VA disability, was starting to pursue it, and then dropped us without clear reasons, by mail, stating only "I cannot represent you in the way you wish to be represented". I don't even know what that means. I tried to get clarification from his office, but his secr...etary/paralegal could offer none, and he wouldn't speak with us on the phone. I cannot recommend this attorney.

Promises a lot upfront, but doesn't deliver. We had this lawyer for a period of time before finding a new one and he was unresponsive. When we did get an "answer", it was through his secretary, and they would not directly answer any questions posed, just speak in vague generalities. Veterans deser...ve better than to be treated like this.
