Our practice is devoted to serving clients in the highly specialized areas of estate and business planning. We routinely handle matters involving the creation of trusts, wills, limited liability companies, limited partnerships and corporations, as well as trust administration, probate, real estate, and oil and gas.

Our firm was formed in 2014 through the merger of the law offices of Steven W. Graber, P.A. in Manhattan, Kansas and White & Johnson, LLC in Elkhart, Kansas.

Our main production offices are located in Manhattan, Elkhart, and Hugoton, Kansas. We advise clients across the state through those offices and satellite work spaces in Norton, McPherson, and Overland Park. Other locations are available by appointment.

Simplified a complicated tax manner
Gabe helped me with a property transfer issue that had some complicated tax implications I was needing professional advice with. After his team conducted their research, his conclusion simplified the issue for me and gave me peace of mind. I will definitely hire Gabe for future legal issues.

Farm and Estate Planning
We hired Graber & Johnson to help us change our farm Corp to an LLC and to set up a Revocable Trust. Gabe Hubbard and Ashley Cunningham worked with us through both processes. They were VERY thorough, courteous, and professional. Their charges were upfront and reasonable! Our family was very impressed with their professionalism and satisfied with the results!

Our experience with Gabe Hubbard
The idea of hiring a lawyer was quite daunting as I didn't know who I could trust. Gabe was recommended to us as a valuable asset in bringing up and working out those small details that otherwise would have had undesirable affects on the outcome. We found this to be true in our situation as well. I had many questions along the way and Gabe was very thorough and helpful in his responses to those questions which gave us what we needed to make the best choices for our situation. I was concerned about being pushed through this process like a cookie cutter stamping out each one the same. However we found great peace of mind in knowing Gabe is thinking through things on our behalf so we can choose what's best for us now and the future.

Estate trust planning
Gabe did a great job of helping us with planning our estate trust. There is a lot of information and documentation required. Sometimes he went through explanations pretty quickly which left us with some lingering questions but that may be our fault for not asking clarifying questions. I would have liked to have had some printed documents for following along with his discussion. Overall a good solid experience and we'll continue to work with him. He's trustworthy and open which we appreciated.
