Charles W. Harper

I hired Mr. Harper back in 2009 to handle a messy divorce case while my spouse was overseas. She proved to be completely uncooperative. Chuck was able to get me my divorce and have the court make a fair ruling for 50/50 division of assets and debt. He even handled this 2 years later when we found her... in contempt. Chuck was able to "think outside the box" in order to accomplish things through difficult times. His read of the courtroom (ex, opposing counsel, judge) was phenomenal. Unfortunately, I was not able to collect due to some inter-state issues, however Chuck did a fantastic job. He was also very understanding of my financial situation and payment options.

I had Mr. Harper handle my divorce and child custody case. He ran up the clock with emails. I often had to correct him because he confused me with other clients. Even 15 minutes before walking into a courtcase. Over a year later and we still have nothing final accomplished. Needless to say I hired a ...new attorney. He makes you feel like a victim. I would not recommend him for a custody case!
