Blake Alan Robinson

I sought legal representation from Mr. Robinson last year. I was intoxicated and involve in some disorderly conduct while trying to leave Aggieville with a friend. Both Blake and I would agree the officers failed to follow up with the opposing party of 5 and I was ticketed for disorderly conduct for ...using fighting words. Feeling I was unfairly treated means the officers failed to recognize the battery that happened just 30 seconds before my fighting words came out, I brought the case to Blake and we decided to fight it. From start to finish, Blake made sure all the paper work was completed and that I was present on both dates necessary. Blake's closing argument was extremely intense and well written. While the prosecutor made it clear as day why I was guilty of using fighting words, Blake made it clear to the judge that justice wasn't being served by penitalizing one party when two parties were obviously involved. Also that the officers failed to follow up on the accused battery that happened just before and let the victims of the fighting words walk on without questioning. The judge said he saw this every Sunday with football. One guy wrongs someone and the other guy retaliates and gets in trouble. Judge found me guilty of using fighting words, but gave me zero fines and to pay only court cost. This also kept me from losing my driver's license for 30 days and allowed me to continue visiting the ville! Blake is a genuine and straightforward lawyer who isn't going to pad how much trouble you are in. He provided legal advice to a friend of mine and they though he was very intelligent and super cool. We were both very impressed with Blake's conduct being a new defense attorney in Manhattan.

Blake Robinson recently defended me in a case with the Manhattan Municipal Court and I was entirely satisfied with the service he provided me. Mr. Robinson clearly explained to me what to expect during the process of the case, delivered on everything he said and kept me well informed throughout the e...ntire process. Blake was also highly professional, very accessible and overall extremely easy to work with. I had to reschedule my appearance several times and Blake could not have been more accommodating. I obviously hope to never need his services again but if that were to change I will definitely seek his council.
