I have been practicing law since 1982. I have been a prosecutor, but have been a Criminal Defense Trial lawyer for over 30 years handling all types of serious cases from murder/homocide, rapes, robberies/ burglaries etc all the way down to dui defense and other traffic & family law cases as well. I have the respect of the Judiciary as well as the county attorney's office as well as my attorney peers. I will defend anyone vigorously that I represent to the fullest extent possible. I have had many many jury trials over the years & have experience in defending all types of criminal cases.
