Biography
Keenan M. Post is an attorney and founding member of Sage Law, LLP. Keenan maintains licenses to practice in both Kansas and Missouri. Keenan's practice is focused on lifetime estate planning, including the preparation and review of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and living wills. Upon death there are many important estate and income tax issues to consider. Having degrees in accounting and a masters of laws in taxation (post law school), Keenan is uniquely qualified to assist in all aspects of probate, estate, and trust administration and litigation. Additionally, Keenan handles all types of business and real estate matters, from drafting asset and real estate purchase and sales agreements to employment and buy-sell agreements between shareholders. Growing up on a farm and ranch in the real Dodge City, as well as having taught at Washburn University School of Law and University of Missouri-Kansas City Law School, Keenan appreciates the general perception of attorneys and is committed to providing you with superior quality and service for what will be a very reasonable fee.
