Go-to guy

I've worked with Matt for two different cases. I had a pending DUI charge in Olathe, in which the case looked pretty bad for me. However, Matt was able to convince the judge to not only keep my license with no restrictions or suspensions, but I was also granted diversion. Therefore I have the potenti...al to not be charged with a DUI, given I complete diversion successfully. Luckily Matt had been encouraging through that process so far. Unfortunately I got myself into more trouble, and was arrested for domestic battery. Matt managed to have my charges for that case completely dismissed. I'm really thankful to have had an attorney that was so experienced, and was very cooperative with working with my busy schedule. Any lawyer is expensive, but Matt made this series of unfortunate events affordable for me and I'm confident in saying that with any other lawyer I'm not sure the results would've ended up in my favor. He wants the best outcome for his clients, and goes above and beyond to make that happen. I intend to stay out of trouble, but he'd be my go-to-attorney if need be. Wouldn't think twice. Thanks Matt!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
