Annie Rogers is a Partner with Creative Planning Legal, P.A. She focuses her practice on comprehensive estate planning, trust administration and probate, while having a broad legal background. Ms. Rogers is committed to helping clients with their individual estate planning needs to preserve assets for future generations, minimize estate taxes, avoid probate, and to prepare for the possibility of future disability or incapacity. Ms. Rogers is also dedicated to helping parents put a plan in place for the guardianship and financial care of their minor children, so that young families are prepared in the event that one or both parents dies.
