Kevin S. Cavanaugh

Kevin started out strong but quickly withered extremely fast. He was not capable of handling an opposing high conflict divorce attorney that had less experience than him. He couldn't negotiate with her of influence the Court to follow basic custody guidelines in divorce cases. He was ill-prepared ...with details to present to a court during a conference call. Kevin also let a motion go into default by not responding on time which eventually had an extremely negative affect on my son's time with me. I want to give him a fair rating because he was able to help me file for divorce but everything went downhill fast and he could not offer solutions to balance out any conflict or legal issue.

I used Mr. Cavanaugh for a recent traffic court action. He made it clear the disadvantages of "going it alone", and I must say there was a lot less anxiety knowing a professional had my back.
