Biography
Joesphy has been serving the estate, business, and tax planning needs of clients in Kansas City. Joseph is dedicated to helping families establish estate plans tailored to the needs of each individual, helping people minimize taxes, avoid probate, and prepare for the possibility of future disability or incapacity. He also helps the entrepreneur start, maintain, and continue their business and prepare for the eventual transfer of that business - either through sale or by transfer to family members.
Joseph started his law career in an appellate practice law firm where he spent time his time researching the law and preparing briefs on complex legal issues. While there, he prepared his first estate plans and started probating cases. Joseph then spent several years working at a larger law firm doing real estate litigation on behalf of Fortune 500 companies. In that position, he continued honing his estate planning skills by preparing wills & trusts and probating estates.
Joseph is a resident of the Kansas City area. Both he and his wife, Rachel, were born and raised in Kansas City. Joseph and Rachel welcomed their first child, Elizabeth, in 2017. He, his wife, and his daughter are all Royals fans. Joseph is active in Boy Scouts, enjoys playing soccer, and is a Deacon at Grace Fellowship church.
