Unfortunately, I cannot recommend his services. I was matched with a birthmother in MO and was recommended to use Mr. Kenney by my adoption consultant. I was somewhat concerned at the negative online reviews, but he was so highly recommended by my personal consultant that I overlooked the online re...views. Our initial meeting by Zoom went well and I felt comfortable. However, this soon changed when we began discussing management of BM expenses. I clearly and repeatedly stated that I was not comfortable increasing her weekly support but he continued to assert he felt it should be more - before he had even requested medical records to verify her pregnancy and health. I was continually dismissed, by him and his social worker, when there were clear red flags concerning this BM and contradictory information concerning her status and living situation. In the end, placement never occurred and the adoption failed. I would never recommend him to someone else for their adoption case.
