In late 2016 I hired Brandon to handle my on-going divorce and child custody case. My case was not simple and had been on-going since 2011. My case was complicated, time consuming, and ugly, yet Brandon didn’t hesitate to get started. He was knowledgeable, thorough and asked questions if anything was... questionable, or not clear. Brandon would listen to me intently, he took everything I said seriously, and didn’t dismiss anything I brought up. Brandon kept me informed through the whole process, Brandon was always responsive, and readily available when I had questions or concerns. Brandon has many years of experience, he knows what is expected in court, at trial, and has established a great rapport with the clerks and officials. Brandon’s rates are very reasonable, and I never felt over charged for any of his services. Brandon charged me less than other attorneys wanted for a retainer and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome I received in court.

I was recommended to Brandon because he was somewhat affordable. I was going through a personal injury from work so I didn't have the available funds to pay a huge retainer upfront for a lawyer. At first he was very understanding of the situation with my divorce and really made me feel comfortable th...at he would do his best to make it as fair as possible for me. The divorce of course turned ugly when child support and child custody came up and I looked to Brandon for guidance. He assured me that it would be okay. I went through everything he suggested I do, including hiring a child custody investigator to prove how I could care for the children 50% of the time like I had done since the separation. Brandon did nothing other than show up for court. He barely spoke. I was left out to dry. Ultimately I lost everything - my house, my things and time with my children. Brandon did nothing. I paid my bill shortly after and a situation arose where I could lower my support. I asked for help to modify as their mother wasn't caring for the children like she should and he said he would help. This was in February. I texted, called and emailed for status on something as simple as paperwork and he would go weeks without acknowledging me. It wasn't until May that the paperwork was sent over to her lawyer. If you want a lawyer who will just be present he is the one for you. If you actually want a fair trial, find someone else. I am now looking for a new lawyer to fight for full custody of my children as they are being neglected and Brandon knows this and did nothing to help. I wasted time and money on Brandon. Don't do the same.
