I appreciate that. Honestly though, it's like you were never on my case. We never once appeared in court together. I appreciate the bond reduction but, I feel like more could have been accomplished with the money spent. I may not be an attorney but I've witnessed people with way more extreme cases th...an mine and their attorney did what was supposed to be done, to the point where I've heard the judge say thank your attorney because he really pulled some strings to get you off but if that person doesn't hold up their end then everything will be undone. I know more could have been done on your end. Maybe you don't have access to those strings. That's not a shot at you I'm just saying either you didn't want to do more or couldn't I don't see it being any other options. Steer clear of this iceberg.

Mark was my appointed attorney. I think he might have returned one or two calls, but then he just stopped returning them. He acted too good to be handling cases he wasn't paid to do, and kept repeating how it was his choice to do so. I think the most unattractive thing was how he flirted and womanize...d female court workers. There was a lot of laughing, talking down, and unprofessionalism. Flirting and talking down to his secretary was also apparent. I would have been disappointed had I hired this lawyer. Throughout the whole process, it almost seemed as if he thought he was better than anyone, and didn't have to do anything even though he volunteered to do so.
