Lindsay Nicole Kornegay

Ms. Kornegay wrote the most excellent convincing and thorough brief for an appeal case that we did not get competent representation for at the district court. Despite not having any kind of consultation with us about our case she hit all the relevant points that we felt were key to our defense that... were not represented by the district court’s appointed counsel. From everything I gathered she is very new as of writing this in May of 2024 but did so very good with applicable case law in her references in supporting our defense. She has a bright career ahead!
