Carly Farrell Boothe

As a born-and-raised Kansan, I am proud to practice law and be approved to serve as a mediator in my home state. My mediation practice covers the state of Kansas.

I am an honors graduate of Louisiana State University, summa cum laude, and Phi Beta Kappa. I was a competitive swimmer for the Kansas City Blazers and swam in college for Louisiana State University (LSU). I earned my law degree from the University of Kansas School of Law, where I was the recipient of the Janean Meigs Memorial Award. The award is presented to students who are committed to serving others.

I opened my law practice in January 2010. I completed my mediation practicum in 2012. After twenty years of litigating and more than a decade of serving as a mediator, I am confident that mediation is the right process for navigating most family-based legal issues.

I am one of the only forty-five licensed attorneys in Kansas who is also approved by the State to serve as domestic mediator.

My husband and I reside in Lenexa, Kansas. We have two children who attend Olathe Public Schools and participate in ALL the activities!
