I would give Kelly zero stars if I could. She is the absolute worst attorney in every way. She does not have a team, it is just her and its clear she takes on cases that she does not have time for. Do not expect her to return your calls, emails, or texts in a timely manner. She will not fight for y...ou in court and is always ill prepared - 30 minutes prior to my trial she was typing up my requests that had typos and points that I never discussed with her. She will tell you that she is sending you paperwork or has an update and then go silent for weeks. If you're lucky enough to schedule a sit down meeting, she will cut it short abruptly because of an "emergency" every single time. I agree with every other review below. DO NOT HIRE HER. SHE WILL TAKE YOUR RETAINER AND DO NOTHING FOR YOU EXCEPT FILE AN ENTRY OF APPEARANCE. SHE IS FRAUDULENT AND A JOKE. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE ESPECIALLY IF IT INVOLVES CHILD CUSTODY.

Deeply Concerned and Disappointed We hired this attorney in hopes of getting professional legal representation and clarity in a legal matter. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely troubling. After sending her a retainer, communication became sparse and inconsistent. We received litt...le to no updates about the status of our case and were often left wondering whether anything was being done at all. Despite multiple attempts to get in touch — through emails, voicemails, and even certified mail — we have yet to receive any substantial response. To date, we have not received a refund of our retainer, nor confirmation that any real work was completed on our behalf. It’s also concerning that the only other review references this as some sort of “counseling” service, which raises further questions about the legitimacy of the legal services being advertised. We were expecting legal representation, not confusion and silence. We are sharing this review to make others aware of our experience and to urge anyone considering working with this attorney to proceed with extreme caution.
