I hired Mr. Nelson for my divorce. He did what was expected, but he didn't return my emails on a regular basis, or my phone calls. When the divorce was final it was his responsibility to make sure paperwork was turned in to get half of the ex's retirement. But MONTHS after the divorce he would s...till tell me he is working on the paperwork! I got tired of waiting for filed the paperwork myself. Come to find out Mr. Nelson sloppy work caused the retirement to deny me the money. I contacted Mr. Nelson again on June 16, 2017. I still keep getting told the paperwork is done and he will call me back. NO PAPERWORK and NO PHONE CALL from him. There is a deadline on this paperwork and he does not seem to care now that he got his money! Stay clear, I found out too late.
