We had to let him go. Recommended by an old friend, he was a terrible disappointment. We learned he was frightened of disappointing judge/opposing attorney and that he was, as they say, their wing man. We hired another attorney from another town, who informed the opposing attorney and judge what they had done was illegal (taking our son from his home and school without warning). Our child was immediately returned home, with new attorney's intervention/representation.
