They acted very friendly upfront, and with me being very ignorant to anything in this process my trust was misplaced, I feel I was very much used for my money. It wasn’t till I was about halfway threw working with them I started having the most trouble. We had to wait over 45 minutes in the waiting r...oom as well several times after scheduling a meeting at a specific time, I think the shortest we ever waited was 20 minutes. We had things to do that day. We couldn’t do them after being in the lawyers office for almost 2 hours. I couldn’t be more frustrated after hiring Elizabeth Warrick to help me deal with a Child Support case. I apparently needed to hire A LOT better of a lawyer. She was terrible at replying to me and trying to get ahold of her was a nightmare, she didn’t help make sure all current court orders were enforced at all. As in, anytime I had a problem with one I had to spend a whole day trying to get ahold of her and then wait a WEEK for her to straighten everything out only to find out after contacting her again it still wasn’t taken care of. ABSOLUTELY ABSURD. Especially when it’s money coming out of your check. I feel my lawyer cut me extremely short and we could have fought to get a lot more money back too. Anytime I wanted the lawyer to try and fight for more money she seemed to give literally 0 cares to what I was saying, I don’t know if she thought I was a pushover because I’m a young adult or what but she didn’t fight for me at al. I paid over $4,000 for a kid that wasn’t mine and however much I paid for this ridiculous attorney only to get $700 back, and since I’m ill-informed about all this legal crap and my lawyer didn’t bother to let me know...after some frustrating calls and looking things up on my own I still have to take her to small claims court to even get it. They barely did anything!!! Everything the lawyer did I could have done on my own..and if could go back, I would. She was absolutely terrible, just got suckered into giving her lots of money. Terrible communication. If I could give 0 starts I would. Please choose almost any other legal service. To add to this, after confronting her paralegal about frustration with this he HUNG UP ON ME. I did use one fowl word then told him I wouldn’t cuss again, only for him to hang up. TALK ABOUT PROFESSIONALISM.
