If you are wanting an Attorney that is going to take your case to Trial and fight for your rights, then stay away from this Attorney. Throughout the period of the time that he was retained for my Child Custody Motions, David never was really into my case. On several occasions i would get random emai...ls asking me if i still wanted to retains his services and he even went as far as filing a Motion to withdraw out of the blue. I mine this was will i was waiting to for my Court Date, which he postponed due to some sort of personal emergence. Then on the day of Trial he came to me and said he wasn't going to take the case to Trial and that i should agree to a Stipulation Order. Good guy, but should probably stay away from practicing Family Law
