I went to Mr. Smith for an uncontested divorce in July he charged me $1200. It's now January and Im still married. Nothing has been filed.

Terrible attorney
I hired Cody to do an uncontested divorce. I definitely wouldn’t recommend attorney Cody Smith. He was very unorganized and didn’t preform all duty’s he was hired for such as filing quit claim deeds to divide assets. He also failed return calls or respond to messages.
