Jonathan Bradley Pitts

I was recommended to Mr. Pitts to handle my case. My first meeting with Mr. Pitts I was leery about hiring him. We met in the reception area of an office space. He was clad in shorts and a t-shirt. Do to the recommendation I received I proceeded in hiring Mr. Pitts to handle my case. Of concern, was ...Mr. Pitts argumentative demeanor when asked questions concerning his conversations with worker's compensation, in particular, his 25% take on my worker's compensation benefits. I found this to be very unprofessional that I could not have a conversation with him without his defensive, argumentative behavior. I confronted him with my concerns and his response was simply, "Well, I will just withdraw from your case and file a lien against your claim." I found this to be very upsetting that we were not able to have an adult conversation. So I have moved on to another attorney and working with the Missouri Bar in my complaint against Mr. Pitts.
