If I ever need an attorney in the future I will definitely be calling Mr. Schneider. There have been multiple times in my life that I have needed an attorney, and I have never had a satisfactory experience until I hired Brett Schneider. Legal battles can leave you with a feeling of uncertainty and a...nxiety, but I felt very confident with Brett at the helm. He is an excellent communicator, and I always felt like I was up to speed on what was going on in my case. Brett thinks outside the box, and investigates every possible resource that could help the case. He is self-motivated, and you won't have to stay on top of him to work hard for you. He was so attentive to my case that I often felt like I was his only client (not the case). He is very bold and straightforward, and if you want someone who will be aggressive, yet professional, look no further. I would not want to be cross-examined by this guy in court. We ended up settling out of court in my modification case, but I have no doubt Brett would have mopped the floor with the opposing party. I should also mention that Mr. Schneider has trustworthy billing practices. There were no over charges or getting billed at the attorney's rate for work the paralegal performed. He even got some court fees refunded to me due to untimely filing of some documents by the court reporter. In addition to his superior legal skills, Brett is a genuinely nice guy. My wife's father passed away during our case, and he sent a nice plant and a card with condolences, as well as, sincere condolences in person. If you are looking for an attorney who is going to fight for you...look no further. This is a SUPERB legal team. He leaves no stone unturned, he & his team held my hand through my extremely ugly divorce, child custody, & order of protection case...I want to give him 10 stars. Having myself & my child... safe is worth far more than what he charged me. His math skills & attention to detail are really quite impressive, he caught all the inconsistencies in my ex's pay stubs, bank statements, & on my ex's interrogatories & form 14...my outcome was far better than I had even hoped! Yes he is expensive but far better to get it done right the first time than have to go back several times. He is confident in a court room & it really puts you at rest in a difficult situation. He came up with some really innovative ideas for my parenting plan that the judge praised him for. This is who you want on your side for sure!

Brett listened, asked questions, gave expectations and most importantly cared. Don't be thrown off by the size of his office, or the maze it takes to find it. His heart is big and he takes the time to get the best outcome. Give him the facts and if you forget something, get it in his hands. He was in... a different city than me and worked with me, allowing email and phone communications. I only had to go to his office once. He won our case quickly and efficiently.
