In this case my lawyer Brett Schneider helped me basically regain control of my finances and my overall life. I had just gotten out the military and was collecting unemployment when my ex and mother of my child filed child support on me. I filled out and filed all documents and sent them in but the ...courts didn't utilize them and charred me as if I was still employed. paying over $700 a month in Missouri for one child while I still have another to provide for ran me to and through the ground. I had been stationed overseas and missed years with my son to the point my ex changed his first and last name to meet the wants of her and her new husband. When asked to see him I was always told no.
