Brett A. Schneider

I researched a few attorneys before selecting Mr. Schneider to represent me in my child custody case. I never had a regret from day 1. He genuinely cares about his clients and always goes out of his way to communicate....even if it's the weekend. Brett helped calm my nerves and even in court repr...esented himself to the highest regard. Honestly, in my opinion, his knowledge of law made the other attorney that represented my ex look ill prepared to handle her case. If I ever need any help in the future I will call Brett back in a heartbeat!

I went to Brett after my original attorney had to quit in the middle of my divorce and child custody case. Not only did he keep my rates the same as I was paying the other attorney, he really cared about what was best for my child and me. He helped me get everything I asked for, and more. The dissolu...tion was finalized, and I have physical custody of my child. Everything went in our favor thanks to him. He was more than helpful any time I would email or call him, and he responded within the same day. He's a great attorney, but he is also a wonderful person. His compassionate heart brought me to tears on more than one occasion, but don't be fooled because he showed no mercy in court. I would definitely recommend Brett for any divorce or child custody case.

Even though Brett Schneider is an attorney that usually deals with Family, Child Abuse, and Child Custody, he was able to handle my case and take care of the problem. I had issues with Mortgage company and he took on my case and handled it. He has helped me out tremendously and while doing it in a qu...ickly. I would hire him again and again. He is a very nice, respectable man who takes every case and situation to heart. He assured me it would be handled and he did just that. I greatly appreciate everything has done for me and I would recommend him to anyone.

When I first visited with Brett over a year before my divorce (with children) hearing took place, I had no idea what to expect from a lawyer or the process. What should have been over and done in months turned into a year-long nightmare, but Brett and his legal assistant were always available to answ...er my questions promptly and talk me through difficult situations. He even participated in a back and forth text discussion about visitation with my ex the day before Thanksgiving, which in itself, impressed me. I would recommend Brett in family, divorce, and custody issues as he cares about the kids and his client. He has a way of lightening the mood in times of stress and keeping serious in times of need. He fought a brave battle in court and in the end, my judgement was fair. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
